                Delegates Ambler, Perry, Cooper, Moye, D. Evans, Wagner, Rowan, Wagner, Romine and Westfall move to amend the bill as follows:

                On page 2, section 26a, line 14, by striking out the words “Board Association” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “Superintendent or his or her designee”;

                And,

On page 2, section 26a, lines 15 and 16, by striking out the words “and the State Superintendent”;

And,

On page 2, section 26a, line 16, by striking out the word “association” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “superintendent”;

                And,

On page 2, section 26a, line 20, by striking out the word “association” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “School Superintendent”;

And,

On page 2, section 26a, line 24, by striking out the words “Board Association” and inserting in lieu thereof, the word “Superintendent”.
